สมาคมสันติภาพและการฟื้นฟูระดับโลกของประเทศสมาชิกได้รับการให้สัตยาบันอย่างเป็นทางการใน Hall of Records 

โดยมีผลทันทีในฐานะหน่วยงานทดแทนเพื่อเข้ารับตำแหน่งอำนาจที่เคยจัดขึ้นภายใต้กฎบัตรสำหรับสหประชาชาติ 

เมื่อองค์กรระหว่างประเทศก่อนหน้านี้ล้มเหลวในการสร้างสันติภาพบนโลก กระบวนการที่คล้ายกันก็ต้องเกิดขึ้น บรรพบุรุษของสหประชาชาติคือสันนิบาตแห่งชาติซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2462

หลังสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่งภายใต้สนธิสัญญาแวร์ซาย 

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของพวกเขาคือ “เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศและเพื่อบรรลุสันติภาพและความมั่นคง”

แต่โลกก็ยังได้รับความขัดแย้ง,ความยากจน,ความทุกข์ยาก และยังคงมี ก่อการสังหาร เหมือนเดิม ตั้งแต่สหประชาชาติก่อตั้งขึ้น

ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงเป็นคำสั่งซื้อและคำสั่งที่เคยได้รับจากสหประชาชาติ 

จึงถูกเพิกถอนอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่  22 พฤศจิกายน 2021 

การสื่อสารนี้ส่งและรับโดยช่องทางที่เป็นทางการทั้งหมดที่ใช้สำหรับการสื่อสารของรัฐบาลทั่วโลก 

การเปลี่ยนแปลงในบันทึกเหล่านี้ได้เข้าสู่ Hall of Records อย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว 

ซึ่งจะส่งผลทันทีต่อเงินทุนและการดำเนินงาน เนื่องจากวาระของ UN ยังคงถูกยุบต่อไป

Hall of Records มีบันทึกอย่างเป็นทางการขององค์กร สนธิสัญญา หรือเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่จัดตั้งขึ้นตามกฎหมาย

องค์การสหประชาชาติพร้อมกับองค์กรต่างๆ ที่ก่อตัวขึ้นโดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงสร้างโลกาภิวัตน์ 

ซึ่งรวมถึงกองทุนการเงินระหว่างประเทศimf องค์การอนามัยโลกwho และธนาคารโลกWB ก็ถูกยุบเช่นกัน 

อำนาจและสิทธิพิเศษของพวกเขาถูกถอดออกและบันทึกไว้ใน Hall of Records

 with immediate effect as a replacement agency to assume the powers previously held under the Charter for the United Nations.

 When previous international organizations have failed to make peace on Earth  A similar process must also occur.  The predecessor of the United Nations was the League of Nations, which was formed in 1919.

 After World War I under the Treaty of Versailles

 The League of Nations was unable to prevent World War II and resulted in the dissolution of parliament in April 1946.

 and promote social progress, better living standards and human rights.
